You need to be aware of your units and their suroundings you can't have bad micro as USF.ĮDIT: It's still worth playing all factions, but you'll have a better understanding of axis and brits if you see them played a couple times. You can't crutch on team weapons to bail you out (tho as US, they can certainly help). They're the faction that requires the most fundamental understanding and skills of the game.

Wehrmacht is a little harder to understand how they're designed, especially since the MG42 is a bait starter unit not necessarily the best choice for a first unit on every map. Soviets is a good starter faction because you have base building like many other RTS', and it's easy to understand how they are designed.
